The additions to this central Toronto home were done in three stages. The first involved a large rear addition comprised of a family room, kitchen, eating area, new side entrance and powder room. The addition to the 2nd floor enlarged an existing small bedroom. The bay windows with transoms compliment the existing windows on the front elevation of the house.

The 2nd phase involved gutting the interior of the 3rd floor and constructing a new dormer on the front elevation and two new dormers on the rear. A new bathroom occupies the front dormer while the rear dormers provide much needed floor area and light to the bedrooms.

The 3rd phase saw the reconfiguring of the master bedroom including the addition of a walk-in closet and an entirely new ensuite, complete with frameless shower,
air-bubble tub and granite counter top.
