This young family was in need of a main floor family room, an additional bedroom, a home office and another full bathroom. The main floor family room has leaded glass transom windows and French doors leading onto the existing deck, which was altered to accommodate the new addition.

The existing house has beautiful stained wood doors, trim and wainscoting which were duplicated to make the new addition appear as if it were always there.
The exterior is a combination of brick, stone, and stucco.
